Early Bronze Age, Shang dynasty, and Western Zhou period jades: Excavation sites and reports
Jades from the Shang 商 dynasty and Western Zhou 周 period have been excavated at numerous sites across China. Each dot leads to a reference of the site’s excavation report. At least thirty-five jades in the National Museum of Asian Art collections were originally found at Anyang 安陽, Henan 河南, the last capital of the Shang dynasty. A star inside a square marks this site.
